Who:
Fairbanks Cross Country, the Nordic Ski Club of Fairbanks junior racing program, will be a part of the Alaska Visitor Industry's Walk For Charity.
What:
The Walk for Charity is a fundraiser put on by the Fairbanks visitor’s industry to raise money for local non-profits. Fabulous food vendors dot the 4k-course that winds through downtown Fairbanks.
When:
Friday, May 10, 2013; 6 PM  -  8 PM
Where:
Downtown Fairbanks, starting at Immaculate Conception Church,
ending at Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitor’s Center. Parking can get congested. Get there early for a good spot.
Cost:
Registration fee (on or before May 6): Adult $25; Child (age 6-12)  $15. (After May 6 add $5.) Participants can raise even more money from sponsors. Participants can register by paper or online.
Why:
100 percent of your funds will go to NSCF-FXC.
Charity Walk Website:
